My name is Nicole Anderson and I am the proud owner of “Nikki’s Pieces”.  April 2019 was the beginning of something spectacular.  I started with 1 flavor which is my original Brown Sugar and I now have over 20 Flavors of Candied and Roasted Pecans.  The name “Nikki’s Pieces” came from my granddaddy so my company is in honor of him.  He always called me Nikki and I was a very big piece of his heart. My pecans are made with nothing but happiness and joy.  I take pride in making sure each pecan is flavored to perfection.  Over the years I began to add more products so in 2023 I changed the name to Nikki’s Pieces & More.  I now have mini bundt cakes and nut clusters.

I am dedicated to creating different flavors/products as I continue to grow.  It is my honor and pleasure to tickle your tastebuds one piece at a time!!
